Two college friends from Vancouver, Canada, have shared a bond for over 28 years, journeying together through life’s milestones such as first jobs, marriage, and parenthood.

Now in their sandwich years, they are navigating the challenges of caring for aging parents and young children. Living as expats, their adventures have taken them across the globe from San Francisco to New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Seattle, as they worked at starting their own companies to some of the most successful law firms and corporations in the world. Despite the exhilaration of their travels, they often grapple with the difficulty of being away from family.

Their goal is to bring stories to life through Salda, a platform designed to connect families and friends by sharing tales from the past and present, regardless of the language they speak and their location in the world.
